About Us

André K. Dugger

Founder and President

André is a devoted minister, dynamic leader, and influential speaker committed to inspiring others through faith, resilience, and hope. With a career that bridges business, ministry, and motivational speaking, he has impacted audiences in the United States and across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Whether preaching, coaching, writing, or speaking, André lives out the Great Commission by sharing Christ and equipping people to grow in faith and overcome life’s challenges.

Born in Houston, Texas, André faced significant challenges early in life, losing his mother at age twelve and his father at sixteen. Despite these hardships, he and his two natural brothers were blessed with adoptive parents and three additional brothers, shaping André’s deep appreciation for family and faith. André graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. He later earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989, and a Doctor of Ministry in Conflict Management from Trinity Theological Seminary in 2007, equipping him with unique insights into fostering unity and resolution.

Despite enduring profound personal trials in addition to losing his parents—including multiple major surgeries, living with an incurable autoimmune disease, experiencing a traumatic brain injury that left him bedridden 18-20 hours a day for years and brought him to the brink of suicide and leaves him still disabled in many ways, the loss of his daughter Caylee in 2023, and ongoing health challenges—André’s faith in Jesus Christ and love for his wife, Sarah, their five living children, and five grandchildren remain unwavering. These experiences and relationships fuel his passion to share hope and equip others to overcome adversity through Jesus Christ. Other than his personal relationship with God, André’s greatest love and passion is his wife Sarah, and their precious children and grandchildren. In 2025, André and Sarah founded From The Depths Ministries, a non-profit dedicated to glorifying God by sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.

What We Believe:

  • The Scriptures

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word, the ultimate authority for faith and life.

    πŸ“– 2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 119:105

  • God

There is one true and living God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is holy, sovereign, and worthy of all worship.

    πŸ“– Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19

    God the Father:

    • The Father reigns with providence over His creation. He is all-powerful, all-loving, and faithful to His promises.
    • πŸ“– 1 Corinthians 8:6; James 1:17

    God the Son:

    • Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return to reign forever.
    • πŸ“– John 1:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4

    God the Holy Spirit:

    • The Spirit convicts of sin, calls people to salvation, indwells believers, and empowers the church for witness and service.
    • πŸ“– John 16:8; Acts 1:8
  • Salvation

Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It includes justification, sanctification, and glorification, and cannot be earned by works.

    πŸ“– Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10

  • The Church

The church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers, and expressed locally in congregations committed to worship, evangelism and mission, discipleship, ministry, and fellowship.

    πŸ“– Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42

  • Baptism and The Lord's Supper

Baptism by immersion is the public testimony of faith in Christ. The Lord’s Supper is a symbolic act of obedience remembering Christ’s death and anticipating His return.

    πŸ“– Romans 6:4; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26

  • The Christian Life

Every believer is called to live for God’s glory, growing in holiness, loving others, and sharing the gospel with the world.

    πŸ“– Colossians 3:17; Matthew 28:19–20

  • The Family

God created marriage as the union of one man and one woman for life. The family is the foundational institution of society, meant to reflect Christ’s love.

    πŸ“– Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:22–25

  • Last Things

Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. God will judge the world in righteousness, bringing eternal life to believers and eternal separation for the lost.

    πŸ“– 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 21:1–4
